From Claim to Hearing - A Case Study

At the December meeting, experience and observe our Lake County Safety Council panel of experts, including two employer representatives, a BWC Customer Service Specialist, a lawyer and an Occupational Medicine physician.

They will confront the challenging factual and medical workers' compensation issues presented by a middle-aged employee who claims to have injured himself on the job.

The Lake County Safety Council is proud to host these panel members as they disect this injury claim and discuss its validity and merits (or lack thereof).

The event will be held on Friday, December 14, at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites LaMalfa, with registration beginning at 11:15 a.m.

The cost of the event is $20 for members and $25 for non-members, and reservations may be made online at the LCSC web site listed below.
